We only stayed one night, but really appreciated the clean and spacious room as well and the helpful staff. Also a great breakfast spread included in the hotel fare, with fresh fruit, pastries, and even noodles/local dishes laid out each morning.

Great location ! Great people. They upgraded us to a balcony room that over looked the streets which is fun to watch the busy streets of Hanoi. Price is fair and room was spacious. They helped us with finding a cheap ride to Nin bin which was nice of them.

What a lovely place to stay. Such welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Anna and Emma took great care of us and made everything very easy. I highly recommend staying on the 6th floor with the balcony, amazing 180 views of beautiful Hanoi. Thank you Golden Rooster for making our trip one to remember.

A nice place to stay in Hanoi in a good location. Beds were comfy, The service at the hotel was excellent, we even got a complimentary room upgrade which was terrific. Breakfast was basic but fine - mix between local and western food. Given the price, I’d say stay again.

Emma provided personal and consistent service when required, and was extremely accomodating! Upon arrival she upgraded our room twice! Location is brilliant, right in the heart of the old quarter and about a 150m walk from BANH MI 25. The best value for money hotel we have stayed at!

Sarah Ng at the front desk is amazing. She is very helpful and will assist in anyway she can. Kevin is also very helpful and friendly. Any questions you have they will get an answer for you. Hotel is clean and well kept. Free breakfast is decent too!

I have had the opportunity to experience many hotels in Hanoi, because of the nature of my current job. But when I arrived at the golden rooster hotel, I was very impressed and enjoyed this place. great breakfast 🥰

Very good location, nice staff, good breakfast. I recommend the hotel! we came here for one night as we had a flight later. everything is great. in the morning we had breakfast, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception as our flight was later.

Very nice staff and good recommend for Mr.Luke, Emma and Sarah, they very polite. The room is very comfortable, good smell, clean and clear light. Good location in Old Quarter Ha Noi. Breakfast is very good and delicious. The bed is very good for sleep. And they have private car to airport as a good support

Great, clean room right in the midst of Old Quarter. Great breakfast too. Would recommend it to anyone looking for great value for money. Also appreciated the handy tips and a map they handed us while checking in.

Great location in the old town, very friendly staff, room as described. They help you to book taxi and give you advise for the city. The breakfast is good and you have a variety of different foods continental and vietnamese. Free tea and coffee the whole day.

Our original hotel was overbooked so we were transferred to stay at the sister hotel, Golden Rooster. We had a wonderful stay. The room was very large with balcony and street view. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was the best we’d had on the trip. Very helpful staff and appreciated Sarah’s assistance during our stay. Highly recommend.

The location is great, everything is closeby. All personal is realy friendly and helpfull. Rooms are so nice & good value for money and breakfast was the best we had on our trip in Vietnam. If you’re in Hanoi, you should stay here.

Excelent hotel! The location is awsome, the personal is great, the breakfast was really delicious and the room is really clean and quiet! I think this hotel is perfect to be close from all the greatest atracctions in Hanoi!

Very nice location. Walking distance to most of the attractions. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and for a city trip more then enough. We can definitely recommend it.

We came 3 times in the golden rooster hotel during our trip in Vietnam. The staff were really the best, always smiling and taking care of us. They even upgraded us for free twice witch was really nice. The rooms were clean, the beds really big and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fruits and juices. The location is perfect for visiting the old Hanoï. In one word: perfect!

We really enjoyed our short stay in the Golden Rooster Hotel. We booked the cheapest room, but we got a free upgrade instead. The staff is amazing, and Sarah helped us in so many ways. Room is clean with delicious breakfast, from crêps to eggs. Highly recommended this centrally located hotel to those who’s coming to Hanoi! Thankyou! 

I loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and mad over time in Hanoi really special. The room was so comfortable, with all the things you want in a hotel room away from home. Soft comfy bed, privacy, clean and attractive.

A lovely hotel with really friendly staff. The room was clean with a comfy bed and modern bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and one of the highlights was breakfast, which included a variety of meal options and delicious fruits to choose from.
They gave us a free upgrade when we arrived as well!

We were upgraded to a double room which was very spacious. Stayed two nights. The staff are excellent, speak good English and assisted us with flight details, transfers and information generally. Breakfast is great, Hotel very clean and comfortable. Staff also assist with tours and are very good communicators. Busy area but a good location. Recommend this Hotel.

The recent trip of Vietnam has given me new wings to fly back to the country again. The stay in golden rooster hotel was awesome, the staff was extremely friendly and supportive. From the start I feel the positive vibes about the place and hotel. Breakfast was amazing freshly made by Ms Lee which was delicious and also the room was very neat and clean. Overall I would rate it excellent for the visit and must stay in the hotel.

My wife and I stayed here in Nov 2018. Staff were exceptional - helped us so much in terms of activities and just very friendly and always willing to help in general. Great hotel in a great location. Very clean.

This hotel has a best location for who visit Hà Nội for the first time, very close to everything you just need to walk. The Hotel is really clean. During the pandemic time they will check your temperature and fill out form before you can get in the hotel which is a good thing. Very nice staff and wonderful service. I would recommend this place

We stayed for 2 nights and we could not have asked for more - attentive staff, comfortable stay, clean - all for a good price! The location was particularly good - we were only a 2 or 3 minute walk away from the main centre of the city, however far enough away as not to suffer with the noise! 10/10

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly a trip to Halong bay was arranged for us which was brilliant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a varied selection They sorted taxis out to and from the airport. The location is in the old quarter with lots of streets to explore

Golden Rooster was a great stay for us, right in the middle of everything. Plenty of food, pharmacies and stores within walking distance. Friendly staff and very clean, comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful little hotel with extremely friendly staff. The room is cozy and the beds and pillows are so comfortable! It’s also a great location. They even let us check in a little early which was so nice. Golden rooster is a great value!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It is clean and welcoming. The breakfast is also very good, fantastic coffee! Located in the Old Quarter, its close to shops, markets and places to eat.

The hotel is within waking distance of many of the main atttactions in Hanoi such as Hoan Kiem lake, the Old Quarters and a 10 minute taxi ride to Unclo Ho Mausoleum. They also have taxi services towards the airport which is super convenient.

Our family of 6 stayed at the Golden Rooster for 3 nights and it was excellent. It's a small hotel offering only BB but the rooms and the food was above our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly (and good at English). The room was clean and the location was ideal for walking around all of Hanoi old quarter. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. They provided a map with recommendations and walkable locations that was great for dining, plus all touring companies will provide pickup at this location to make exploring easy.

I stay here for 2 nights. The room is very clean and new. There is free breakfast including in price. It is value for money. The price is not expensive but the decoration of room very beautiful. It take only 10 minute to lake . Staff are very friendly and polite

We stayed at the Golden Rooster our first night in Hanoi and was welcomed with generous hospitality. The room was spotless and roomy, perfect after the long flight. The manager offered assistance in curating a detailed plan for our stay in Hanoi. We enjoyed our stay here so much we booked it again!

Near to all attraction and food. halal foods are nearby and array of shopping selection. The staff are good in english, easy for us to communicate. The room is very beautiful and clean. Good for muslim traveler.

Very helpful staff and nice facilities. Next to the lantern street and near about everything really. Breakfast has variety and it’s available starting 6:30, so very convenient. We stayed two nights and are happy with our stay!
